Environmental:

Biodynamic Systems

Freeth'm is all about self-sufficiency, the intelligent use of waste and energy, and establishing a strong connection with nature. To achieve this, we are implementing state-of-the-art off-grid technologies available today.

Freeth'm will employ both traditional permaculture and advanced agrotech in a biodynamic manner. This means that the waste from one 'station' will serve as the nourishment for the next. Fish will provide nutrients to the plants, and the plants will purify and filter the water. Organic waste will be used to generate energy through a biological process (biogas), with fertilizer as a byproduct.

Social impact:

The Start

from 0 program

In today's world, addressing social crises, conflicts, and wars has become a significant challenge. However, the solutions often resemble the parable of a hungry person receiving a fish every day. While immediate needs are met, the underlying hunger persists. This model, like many other non-profit efforts, is inherently unsustainable, with support dwindling over time.

Freeth'm has chosen a different path. We believe in taking responsibility and integrating social impact into our FOR-PROFIT business model. Our goal is to provide temporary accommodations for those in need and offer them a fresh start, not as mere 'favors,' but with dignity, respect, and a genuine opportunity for individuals to rebuild their lives.

Responding to the refugee crisis caused by the war in Ukraine

Russia's invasion of Ukraine forced millions to relocate into uncertain futures. Similar crises, such as Syria and the Arab Spring a decade ago, have highlighted the world's struggle to find long-term solutions for refugees. As time passes, public attention wanes, news coverage diminishes, and aid decreases. We believe that making a social impact without relying on a socialist system or obligatory giving is the hallmark of a healthy and voluntary free society.

  • Addressing Refugee Crisis Sustainably: The program responds to the Ukrainian refugee crisis caused by the ongoing war in Ukraine through a sustainable and consistent approach. It provides a comprehensive support system for individuals who have lost their homes or had to flee the country. By offering affordable housing, employment opportunities, and integration pathways, the program aims to help refugees become self-reliant, go through the proper adaptation process, and regain a sense of belonging. The program fosters community building and encourages social cohesion.

  • Sustainability: The program's focus on sustainability combined with environmental, entrepreneurial, and educational practices together with a long-term social impact, sets a new standard for addressing social crises. It showcases a for-profit model that aims to make a tangible difference in society while being environmentally conscious. Environmental sustainability is to be achieved through biodynamic systems, smart use of waste, and off-grid technologies.

  • Economic Growth: By attracting businesses and industries to the towns, the program encourages economic growth and promotes employment opportunities. This not only benefits the refugees but also contributes to the overall development of the community. Moreover, the program demonstrates a corporate commitment to social responsibility. Incorporating social impact into a for-profit business model challenges the traditional non-profit approach and shows that businesses can play a significant role in addressing social challenges.

  • Scalability: If successfully applied to the Ukrainian case, the program can serve as a model for addressing similar global conflicts and social crises. This scalability has the potential to impact a larger number of displaced individuals worldwide.

Governance:

Decentralization

Freeth'm believes in and advocates for the inherent goodness of individuals, promoting individual liberty within a society that seeks freedom. We envision a society where peace, respect, and privacy are held as sacred values. As town operators, we are committed to protecting your privacy, liberty, and property to ensure that you have the ground to prosper, make new friends, and accelerate your life's projects.

A resident contract serves as the legal code for both operators and residents. Freeth'm operates on a rental model, allowing us to enforce resident departures or fines in cases of harmful behavior within the community. This document also exposes the operator to lawsuits if they violate the initially agreed-upon terms.
